Welcome to ChatFlirt. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. Eligibility — Minimum Age 18+

ChatFlirt is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using ChatFlirt, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. If we discover that a user is under 18, their account will be immediately terminated.

If you become aware of an underage user, please report them immediately using the Report button during a chat.

2. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on ChatFlirt:

• Nudity, sexual content, or explicit material of any kind
• Harassment, threats, or abusive language toward other users
• Sharing personal information of other users without their consent
• Spam, advertising, or self-promotion during chats
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Any conduct that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Recording or sharing video/audio of other users without their consent
• Attempting to circumvent the platform's moderation systems

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or ban.

3. Moderation

ChatFlirt uses automated and manual moderation to enforce these terms. We reserve the right to:

• Filter offensive language in text chat
• Review user reports and take action against violators
• Suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms
• Cooperate with law enforcement when required by law

Users can report inappropriate behavior using the Report button visible during video chats. Repeated reports against an account may lead to permanent suspension.

4. Data Collection

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the service, including email address, profile information (name, avatar, country, language), conversation metadata, and technical data such as IP address and browser type. 5. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you share on ChatFlirt, including video, audio, and text messages. By using the service, you represent that your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

ChatFlirt does not store video or audio streams. Text chat messages are transmitted in real time and are not stored on our servers.

6. Intellectual Property

ChatFlirt and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ChatFlirt and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ChatFlirt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Use the service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChatFlirt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
