You can start chatting without an account — just allow camera/mic access. However, creating a free account lets you save Favorites, view your chat history, get a Verified badge, and personalize your profile. It only takes 30 seconds to sign up.

ChatFlirt works on any modern browser that supports WebRTC video — including Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari on desktop and mobile. For the best experience, we recommend Chrome or Edge on desktop. iOS Safari and Android Chrome are both supported.

During a video call, click the ⚑ Report button in the top-right of the screen. Choose the reason (inappropriate behavior, spam, nudity, etc.), optionally add a description, and submit. Our moderation team reviews all reports and will take action — typically banning repeat offenders within 24 hours.

Click the Block button in the report panel during a chat. Blocked users won't be matched with you again. Blocks are stored in your account (if logged in) or your session (if anonymous).

ChatFlirt is for adults 18+ only. Age verification is required at signup. If you encounter anyone who appears to be under 18, please report them immediately using the Report button. We take underage user reports seriously and act on them immediately.

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban: nudity or sexual content, harassment or hate speech, spam or bots, sharing personal information of others, underage users, and any illegal activity. See our Terms of Service for the full list.

Premium unlocks: Country filter (match only with people from specific countries), Language filter (match by preferred language), Gender filter, priority queue (skip the wait), and a 💎 Premium badge on your profile. Premium is $12.99/month.

Go to chatflirt.polsia.app/pricing and click Get Premium. You'll be redirected to our secure Stripe checkout. After payment, your account is upgraded immediately — no waiting, no manual activation.

Premium is a monthly subscription. To cancel, contact us at support@chatflirt.polsia.app with your account email. We'll process your cancellation within 24 hours. You'll keep Premium access until the end of your billing period.

Go to your Profile, scroll to the bottom of the Settings tab, and click Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm. Once deleted, all your data (profile, messages, favorites, encounter history) is permanently removed within seconds. This action cannot be undone.

We collect only what's necessary: your email address, profile information you provide, and anonymized usage analytics (page views, features used). We do not record video calls or store chat messages. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Chrome: Click the camera icon (🔒) in the address bar → Allow camera and microphone → Refresh the page.

Firefox: Click the camera icon in the address bar → Remove blocked permission → Refresh the page.

Safari: Go to Safari → Settings for This Website → Allow Camera and Microphone → Refresh.

If it still doesn't work, make sure no other app (Zoom, Teams, etc.) is using your camera, and try refreshing the page.

Go to the login page and click Forgot password?. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link valid for 1 hour. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
